The Mountain View Hotel is located 30 miles from downtown Laramie, Wyoming or 165 miles from Denver International Airport (DIA). There is an airport in Laramie, (24 miles from the Mountain View Hotel) with two flights per day. Green Ride offers shuttles from DIA to Laramie and we can provide transportation from Laramie to and from the Mountain View Hotel with 7 days advance notice.
Temperatures in September in Centennial Wyoming range from the low to mid 60's, dipping down to the high 40's or low 50's in the evening. Because the hotel sits above 8,000 feet it can get chilly and we recommend packing a light jacket and warm layers.
Please bring a small daypack with a water bottle and rain jacket for our hikes and sturdy shoes or hiking boots for our outdoor sessions and group hikes. We won't be moving fast on our hikes so all can keep up.
For the retreat we will have WiFi access so feel free to bring your laptop computer if you wish to work on your blog during down time.
All tips & gratuities are included in the cost of the retreat.
